This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds are offered for our digital products (WordPress plugins, themes & templates) and our services (SEO and Digital Marketing). By purchasing from athensglobaltech.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products (Plugins, Themes & Templates)

Because our plugins, themes, and templates are digital goods that are delivered instantly and can be downloaded, copied, and used immediately, all sales of digital products are generally final and non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

Eligible for a Refund

The product is defective or does not function as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time (typically 7 business days) after you report it.
You were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical or payment error.
The product is significantly different from what was advertised on the product page.

Not Eligible for a Refund

You changed your mind after purchase.
You do not have the technical knowledge to install or configure the product (we offer support and documentation to help with this instead).
The product is incompatible with a third-party theme, plugin, or custom code not disclosed at the time of purchase, where the incompatibility is not caused by a defect in our product.
You have already downloaded and activated a license key, except where the product is defective as described above.

Refund request window: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

2. SEO & Digital Marketing Services

Our SEO and Digital Marketing services involve ongoing work, research, strategy, and time investment starting from the date of engagement. Refunds for these services are handled as follows:

Before work begins: If you cancel before any work has started on your project, you are eligible for a full refund.
After work has begun: Once research, strategy development, campaign setup, or optimization work has started, refunds will be prorated based on the work already completed and hours/resources spent, at our sole discretion.
Monthly/recurring plans: For ongoing monthly SEO or marketing retainers, you may cancel future billing cycles at any time. Refunds are not provided for the current billing cycle once work has commenced, but no further charges will be applied going forward.
No guaranteed results: SEO and digital marketing outcomes (rankings, traffic, conversions) depend on multiple external factors, including search engine algorithms and market conditions. Refunds will not be issued solely on the basis that expected results (e.g., a specific ranking or traffic number) were not achieved, provided the agreed-upon work was delivered.

3. Non-Refundable Situations (All Products & Services)

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Requests made after the applicable refund window has expired.
Misuse, unauthorized modification, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting our support team.
Custom or bespoke development work that has already been delivered and accepted.

4. How to Request a Refund

Once a refund is approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
License keys or access credentials associated with a refunded digital product will be deactivated upon refund.

Athens Global Tech reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our products or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
